Therefore void periods will be kept to a minimum and profits will be optimised. Please note that it will be the client’s pre-defined preferences which will determine who will be allowed to stay at the client’s property. Clients will be kept up to date and their calendars will always be synchronised in order to remain fully aware of what is happening with their property. Our experienced and friendly staff is available to answer any queries the client may have. Monthly statements and monthly reports (detailing the occupancy rate, guests reviews and any anomalies dealt with or in progress). In the meantime, our clients can sit back relaxed and enjoy some valuable free time.
